A Brief Introduction

FUAM Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (FUAMJPAS) is a bi-annual publication of the College of Science, Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi (FUAM).

The journal is aimed at publishing original findings in pure and applied sciences as well as critical reviews and short communications on scientific studies. It will ensure rapid dissemination of scientific research findings to the wider world, stimulate participation in research and encourage economic development through research.

The publications in FUAMJPAS shall be peer reviewed, open access, online and print, covering subject areas including: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biological Sciences (Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Entomology, Parasitology, etc.), Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology, Agricultural Sciences; Animal Science, Fisheries, Agronomy, Forestry, Agricultural Economics, Engineering and related fields.
